Everything was modern, including savory and varied breakfasts with toast, perfect coffee, and fresh fruit available. the location was incredibly comfortable, a short walk to many other pubs, the nearby bingo, and town center, and easily accessible. - Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a wedding and would return here.

The setting of Avonlea Guest House is magnificent and incredible, just next door to the center and many other pubs, restaurants, and shops. It is at a walking distance from the Fine Lady Statue, which we visited a few times.
